CELEBRATORS… Job 42:12a says something rather fascinating… The Lord BLESSED the LATTER PART of Job’s life more than the FIRST… Not sure about you Celebrators – but I WANT THAT… I WANT THAT FOR ME and I WANT THAT FOR YOU! And I’m pretty sure since God did that for JOB – that He wants to do the same for YOU… BLESS YOU TOO! Each week of this series we’re looking closely at the RESPONSES of JOB when ‘all hell broke loose in his life’ – to see how JOB RESPONDED to receive such a BLESSING in his LATER LIFE! This particular week is a TOUGH ONE for ALL OF US… because it’s a MONEY CONVERSATION! But you have to know that GIVING FINANCIALLY… IS and ALWAYS WILL BE attached to GOD’S BLESSINGS! Job was BLESSED FINANCIALLY… but you’re gonna find out… one of the reasons WHY… is because he clearly understood the STEWARDSHIP (Management) vs. OWNERSHIP PRINCIPLE! We don’t get credit for what we LEAVE in life - but rather for what we GIVE in life!
IS THIS YOU…? -- “I'll just SERVE MORE than GIVE MORE!”
-If it is… then please KNOW this... OBEDIENCE in ONE area of life doesn’t excuse DISOBEDIENCE in ANOTHER!
If the NOUN of the Bible is JESUS - then the VERB of the Bible is YOU GIVING!
You CAN GIVE WITHOUT LOVING but you CAN’T LOVE WITHOUT GIVING!
Never Forget... It’s always what God wants FOR you... NOT FROM you!
-Every good thing comes because... GOD GAVE!
