IDENTITY THEFT / (2) Four Life-Changing Questions

CHRISTIANITY is not merely a DECISION that needs to be MADE… but rather a LIFESTYLE that needs to be EMBRACED!

FOUR Life-Changing Questions that every Follower of Christ needs to ask at some point in their life…

1. What BOTHERS You?

You will never KNOW WHAT GOD WANTS YOU TO DO until you let Him BOTHER YOU!

2. How Are You GIFTED?

God never called us to FIT IN and be NORMAL - He called us to be DIFFERENT so we could make a DIFFERENCE!

3. What OPPORTUNITIES ARE IN FRONT Of You?

As a Follower of Christ - you don't have to LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITIES - God will put them right in front of you!

4. Are You Willing To TAKE A RISK?

Following Jesus will ALWAYS COST YOU something - are you willing to PAY THAT PRICE?

If you've been BOTHERED by God - then EMBRACE YOUR GIFTS - SEE THE OPPORTUNITIES IN FRONT OF YOU and TAKE THE RISK – then… LEAVE THE REST UP TO GOD!

Ephesians 2:10… For we are God’s Workmanship (MASTERPIECE) - created in Christ Jesus TO DO GOOD WORKS - which God PREPARED IN ADVANCE FOR US TO DO! 

WHAT'S IT GONNA TAKE TO GET YOUR ATTENTION? 

TRAGEDIES that God ALLOWS are designed to drive you TO GOD - not AWAY from HIM! 

When we ACCURATELY SEE God’s IDENTITY - it immediately reveals our IDENTITY… WITHOUT HIM!! (Isaiah 6… Isaiah was UNDONE when he saw God!) 

The first response of an unholy person to the Holiness of God is an acute awareness of Personal Sin! (You must be UNDONE before you can be REDONE!) 

Our IDENTITY in Christ... The reason we can be called CHILDREN of God and assume that as our IDENTITY… is not because we are GOOD but because we are FORGIVEN! 

We'd do ourselves well to learn this quickly... Our REAL IDENTITY is not a DEMOCRACY - it is however…  a THEOCRACY! (One where GOD RULES!)
