WHAT are you AFRAID of? Our FEARS tend to attack the most precious parts of our lives and keep us from LIVING THE LIFEintended for us to live! Maybe it’s time to stop letting your FEARS override your FAITH… because we know that God wants to help us OVERCOME our DARKEST FEARS! (So how do you do that?) Well… We’re gonna take a look over the next few weeks here at COChow we can do just THAT – in a series we’re calling FEAR NOT! Don’t Miss It!

Sunday Snapshot… (1) FEAR of What God Is Asking Me To Do… (Mat Balgaard)

Most of us want to be Close Enough to God to GET the Good Stuff - but Far Enough to not be asked to GIVE UP ANYTHING to Find It!

Some people say Being Afraid is the Absence of Faith... (But...) FEAR is actually the Proof that Faith in God is REQUIRED!

When God asks you to do something you’re AFRAID of... remember He’ll always Provide You with the Empowerment / Love and Clarity of Mind once you SUBMIT TO HIM THROUGH IT!

What we sometimes call INTERRUPTIONS - God often sees as INVITATIONS!

God’s Purpose for us is often very different than what we had planned out for ourselves... TRUST HIS PLAN!

If God is asking you to take a Step of Faith... (Remember!) The OUTCOME is God’s Responsibility... the OBEDIENCE is Yours!

Sunday Snapshot… (5) HIDING MY HURT

John 16:33... I have told you these things… so that in me you may have peace. In this world YOU WILL HAVE TROUBLE! But take heart… I have overcome the world! (HURT/PAIN are inevitable in this world! HOW we deal with it is the KEY!)

In your PAIN and HURT... (Always Remember!) THERE IS HOPE BEYOND YOUR HURT!

Psalm 62:5-8… Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; MY HOPE COMES FROM HIM! HE ALONE is MY ROCK and MY SALVATION; HE IS MY FORTRESS… I WILL NOT BE SHAKEN! My Salvation and My Honor DEPEND ON GOD; HE is MY MIGHTY ROCK… MY REFUGE! TRUST IN HIM at ALL TIMES… O People; Pour Out Your Hearts To Him, for GOD IS OUR REFUGE!

Three Ways God Heals Your Hurt...

YOU NEED TO FIRST ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT YOUR HURT IS AND STOP HIDING FROM IT! (Remember... You're Not The Only One Who Has A Hurt!)

HE HEALS US THROUGH HIS PEOPLE! (God Will Never Waste Your Hurt!)

Romans 12:15… Rejoice with THOSE who Rejoice... Mourn with THOSE who Mourn.

HE HEALS US THROUGH HIS PRESENCE! (The Presence of The Almighty is far better than whatever you’re choosing to HIDEfrom Your Pain!)

Psalm 71:14… But as for me… I WILL ALWAYS HAVE HOPE - I will praise you more and more!

Whatever it is that is causing you PAIN/HURT... choose to ALWAYS HAVE HOPE amidst Your Circumstances! (Psalm 46:1 / Isaiah 53:5 / Hebrews 13:5 / Psalm 147:3 / Romans 8:38-39)
